Abstract

본 발명은 종이로된 원지에 백색안료층 제1스크린인쇄단계와, 백색안료층에 유화를 모사한 그림을 옵셋인쇄단계와, 옵셋인쇄한 그림의 윤곽에 따라 무광투명도료층이 형성되어 돌출부위를 갖도록 하는 무광투명층 제2스크린인쇄단계로 인쇄물의 유화와 유사한 붓터치감이 표현되어 유화질감을 부여하여 입체감을 갖도록 한 유화질감 및 입체감을 갖는 인쇄방법에 관한 것이다.
PURPOSE: A printing method which has oil painting texture and a three dimensional effect is provided to express brush-touched sensation similar to an oil painting on print matter which implements the oil painting texture, thereby providing a three dimensional effect. CONSTITUTION: A printing method which has oil painting texture and a three dimensional effect is composed of the following steps: the step(S100) of first screen printing in which a white pigment layer is formed on a base paper through the first screen printing that uses a white pigment; the step(S200) of offset-printing in which a copied picture of an oil painting is offset-printed on the upper side of the white pigment layer; the step(S300) of second screen printing for a matt transparent layer in which the matt transparent layer is formed on the offset printed by performing the second screen printing where a matt transparent pigment is printed on the outline or shadow of the offset-printed picture to form the matt transparent layer and a protruded area, thereby expressing the texture of the oil painting. The screen mesh of the first screen printing that forms the white pigment layer through the first screen printing is 180dpi. The screen mesh of the second screen printing that forms the matt transparent layer through the second screen printing which uses the matt transparent pigment is 50dpi.
