해수 내 리튬을 회수하는 방법

Abstract

해수 내 리튬을 회수하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 망간 산화물로 이루어진 흡착제를 이용하여 해수 내 리튬을 흡착하는 단계; 상기 흡착제에 흡착된 리튬을 산성 용액을 이용하여 탈착하여 리튬 탈착액을 수득하는 단계; 상기 리튬 탈착액을 1가 이온 선택적 교환막으로 이루어진 전기 투석 모듈로로 유입시켜 1가 이온 농축액과 탈염액으로 분리하는 단계; 및 상기 1가 이온 농축액에 존재하는 2가 양이온을 화학적 정제 방법을 통해 제거하는 단계;를 포함하는 해수 내 리튬을 회수하는 방법을 제공한다.
PURPOSE: A method for collecting lithium in sea water is provided to separate an element except lithium effectively by using a chemical refinement process and a separation method using electrodialysis at a same time. CONSTITUTION: A method for collecting lithium in sea water comprises the following steps: lithium is absorbed by using an adsorbent consisting of a manganese oxide; a lithium desorption solution is obtained by a desorption of lithium absorbed in the adsorbent by using an acidic solution; a divalent cation existing in the lithium desorption solution is removed through a chemical refinement process; and a monovalent concentrate and a desalted liquid are separated by flowing the lithium desorption solution in which the divalent cation is removed into an electrodialysis module consisting of a monovalent selection switching film.
