Optically transparent uv curable psa (pressure sensitive adhesive) compositions and their multi-layer films

Abstract

PURPOSE: A UV-curable pressure sensitive adhesive composition is provided to be easily attached to various objects while maintaining optical transparency. CONSTITUTION: A UV-curable pressure sensitive composition comprises 10-89 wt% of a viscosity-controlling compound; 10-89 wt% of a photopolymerizable compound having an ethylenically unsaturated bond; and 0.01-10 wt% of a photopolymerization initiator. The viscosity-controlling compound is at least one or more selected from an acrylic resin, a UV-reactive acrylic resin, and a UV-curable oligomer. A multilayer film is manufactured by using the UV-curable pressure sensitive composition.
본 발명은 광학적으로 투명한 특성을 갖는 자외선 경화형 점·접착제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 다층 필름에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 피착제에 부착하는 면에 피착제와 최적의 점·접착력을 갖는 조성으로 디자인하며, 중간 층에는 탄성이나 수분투과 제어 등 제품에서 요구하는 특성을 만족시키는 맞춤형 재료를 제공하는 것이다.
